November Schedule

November 2nd to 7th: Pakkyo4展, group exhibition by 10 young artists and illustrators. Digital paintings, manga, photography, watercolors, acrylics and ink drawings.

November 9th to 14th: EXCAVATION by Matthew Fasone. Fabulous new series of encaustic paintings on paper by New York artist Matthew Fasone.

November 19th, 7PM and 9PM: Latin Music Live with Jimmy Andrade. 1500 yen (incl. 1 drink) Space is limited, reserve your seats now!

November 20th, 7PM: SoHo Lecture Series 'Art Study Project' with Masakatsu Nishino.

November 16th to 21st: Artcube 4, group exhibition of new works inside clear plastic cubes 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm.

November 23rd to 28th: Youichi Itakura. Mr. Itakura's latest series of CG paintings.

SoHoの特色のひとつとして、国際交流部門を設けております。

SoHo art gallery is an international art space in Osaka run by a Canadian and a Japanese artist dedicated to the promotion of emerging artists in Japan.

SoHo’s a hybrid commercial gallery and experimental art space that focuses on presenting fresh art and new creative ideas in a variety of media.

SoHo organizes a number of exhibitions and special projects every year to foster artistic and cultural exchange and diverse approaches to make, present and talk about art; develop professional networks and set creative ideas and initiatives in

motion through careful planning.

SoHo’s aim is to provide opportunities for artists to explore and expand their horizons, exhibit their works and further their professional development.

In addition, our central and convenient location close to major transportation hubs, cultural and historical landmarks increase the visibility, exposure and accessibility of exhibitions to many visitors.

We’re located 1 min’s walk west of Tanimachi-9-Chome Station; between the National Bunraku Theater and Nihonbashi Station to the west; the New Kabukiza Theater, The Sheraton-Miyako Hotel and Uehonmachi Station to the east; Ikutama Shrine and Shitennoiji Temple to the south and Kozu Shrine and Osaka Castle to the north.
